About
I'm an operator. For 25 years I've been the person who takes a plan and makes it happen: the schedule, the people, the vendors, the money, and the paperwork.
I've founded or run more than 10 businesses. In 2016 I started Weimer Construction Group from nothing and grew it to $1.93M in gross receipts in its first year. We delivered 23 Aldi stores in 18 months across Texas and Oklahoma, and ran up to 14 projects at once across the company, including a church job, a karate studio, residential renovations after the Houston hurricane, other commercial renovations, and residential additions and major renovations. I built the whole back office myself: hiring, subcontracts, supplier credit, insurance, QuickBooks, payroll in 8 states, and certified payroll for federal work at Camp Lejeune and NSA Panama City.
Across my construction companies I've delivered 46+ Aldi renovations, Walmart, Staples, and Stonebriar Mall work, hotel finishes, federal facility work, and post-hurricane rebuilds in 8 states and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Early on, as a project foreman for Trinity Group International, I helped turn a Naples, FL Days Inn into a boutique hotel in 8 months, directing 50 to 75 workers a day and keeping the job moving through Hurricane Wilma.
On the real estate side, I co-own Land Kings, a land investing company. I've drafted purchase contracts and seller-financed terms and worked with title companies through closing. I led a four-person partner team planning an RV resort development, putting the land under contract and building the investor deck, budget, and development plan. Today I also run Sabine Built, a commercial renovation company in East Texas.
I've signed the front of the paycheck, so I think like an owner about cost, cash, and schedule.
